ECA Solar and Luminace have energized a new 3 MW community solar project in Salisbury, Maryland, expanding access to locally generated clean energy on the Eastern Shore.

ECA Solar has welcomed Tim Mills as Senior Project Developer, strengthening the company’s development team and supporting continued expansion across the Mid-Atlantic. Tim brings over 10 years of experience advancing utility-scale and community solar projects and will focus on originating, permitting, and developing solar and energy storage projects in Maryland and Virginia.

ECA Solar has completed construction on its 3 MW Maryland Community Solar project in Dorchester County. The project expands access to affordable clean energy through the Maryland Community Solar Program and supports Delmarva Power customers across the region.
