ECA Solar Welcomes Tim Mills as Senior Project Developer to Support Mid-Atlantic Growth

Waltham, Mass. — ECA Solar, a leading developer of community and commercial-scale solar and energy storage projects, today announced that Tim Mills has joined the company as Senior Project Developer, strengthening its development team and supporting continued expansion across the Mid-Atlantic region.

In his role, Mills will focus on originating, permitting, and advancing solar and battery energy storage projects in Maryland and Virginia. He will play a key role in supporting ECA Solar’s growing development pipeline and advancing projects from early-stage origination through commercialization.

Mills brings over 10 years of experience developing and managing engineering and permitting efforts for utility-scale and community solar projects across the Northeast. He has a proven track record of advancing projects through complex permitting processes and successfully moving projects from initial site origination through MIPA close.

Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts in Energy, Business, and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
