Todd Fryatt
CEO and Founder
Todd Fryatt founded ECA Solar in 2014. He has led ECA to over $150 Million in transactions while keeping the business independently owned and operated. During his tenure, ECA has expanded its development, EPC, and finance footprint throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and other strategic markets in the United States. He has an extensive background in operations, risk management, corporate finance, policy, and law. His previous positions include Managing Partner (Speciality Finance), Vice President of Development, and Corporate Attorney. He has earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Michigan Law School and B.A. from Middlebury College.

Jane Parenteau
Director of Utility Scale Development
Jane Parenteau joined ECA Solar after working for the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company. She has 33 years of experience in public power in Massachusetts. She has spent 26 years working for the Reading Municipal Light Department, most recently as the Director of Integrated Resources. She recently retired as the General Manager of the Holden Municipal Light Department. She holds an MBA and B.A. in Mathematics from Western New England University.

Hannan Rhodes
Director of Technology
Hannan Rhodes joined ECA Solar as Director of Technology with 6 years of experience in software architecture and engineering. Hannan comes with experience in automation and increasing efficiency in everyday pipelines while making software that is human friendly. He has led teams at IBM, managing their financial pipeline after spending time in the startup community. At ECA, his primary mission is to leverage technology at every step of the pipeline, driving profit through efficiency and control. He holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Computer Science.

Michael Mahoney
Finance Associate
Michael Mahoney recently joined ECA as our Senior Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting, most recently consulting with startup companies in the SAAS industry. Prior to consulting, he had various roles in the healthcare industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree with a focus in accounting as well as an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management.

Erin Bogdanovich
Development Project manager
Erin Bogdanovich joined ECA Solar as a Development Project Manager after being in the fuel industry as a Regional Sales Manager. Before her time there, she worked in commercial real estate serving all of southern and central Maine. While obtaining her real estate license, she lead the sales and marketing for a full service laboratory providing chemistry and microbiology testing along with media manufacturing. Her work ethic, competitive nature and real estate background will assist her in making a positive impact in renewable energy. Erin holds a B.S. in Marketing and played Division I softball at the University of Maine.

Colin Walker
Development Manager
Colin Walker joined ECA as a Development Manager with over 6 years of experience in the solar industry. His diverse background includes working for Goldman Sachs Renewable Power Group and National Grid. He holds a B.A. from Stonehill College and an MBA from Bentley University.

Jose Bosch
Development Associate
Jose Bosch joined ECA Solar as a Development Associate. His main responsibilities include assisting the Development team in opening new markets, including site acquisition and any development matters like permitting or off-takers. His prior experiences include residential solar energy design and commercial site acquisition for solar. He also has experience in energy modeling and forecasting. He holds a B.S in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a M.S in Energy and Environment from Boston University.

Bryan Morrison
Chief Operating Officer
Bryan Morrison began his career in the renewable energy industry in 2008 as a Design Engineer for a leading Developer/EPC in Massachusetts. He has over 15 years of industry experience and has been successful developing, optimizing, and building reliable, high performing solar and energy storage assets. His diverse experience includes the installation of over 850MW of solar and energy storage projects across the United States. He holds a NABCEP PV Installer certification and a Bachelors in Operations and Project Management.

Michael Redding
Director of Civil Engineering
Michael Redding joined ECA as our Director of Civil Engineering with over 25 years of experience in civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering. His key practice areas include renewable energy development, infrastructure development, and engineering permitting and compliance. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in seven states (ME, NH, MA, CT, RI, MD and VA) and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Kaitlin O'Neill
Director of Policy
Kaitlin Kelly O'Neill joined ECA Solar as Director of Policy with 14 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors, including almost a decade in the clean energy industry. Prior to joining ECA, Kaitlin served for many years in the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, working primarily in developing and overseeing the state solar incentive programs, and most recently worked as the Northeast Regional Director for the Coalition for Community Solar Access, the national community solar trade association. Kaitlin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut, and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.

Norman Halissey
Senior Design Engineer
Norman Hallissey joined the ECA Solar team in 2023 as a Senior Design Engineer with over 6 years of industry experience developing and designing solar and energy storage projects from the small commercial up to the utility scale level across various markets in the United States. At ECA, his main responsibilities are supporting the development process by optimizing project designs for their market, from interconnection to permitting and construction. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Monica Leslie
Associate Counsel
Monica Leslie joined ECA Solar as an Associate Counsel after working years in litigation. Monica brings a diverse background in the law and has previously worked at Nonprofits, US Attorney's Offices, and private firms. She will support the General Counsel in managing all legal aspects of commercial solar development. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Wesleyan university and a J.D. from The University of Colorado Law School.

Lindsey Aborn
Development Manager
Lindsey Aborn joined ECA Solar as a Development Manager after being in the environmental and geotechnical engineering industry for 5 years. Lindsey supports developing the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets. Her strong work ethic and ability to foster relationships will be an asset to ECA. She holds a B.S. in Geology from Bucknell University.

Ben Barlow
Chief Financial Officer
Ben Barlow joined ECA Solar after serving in leadership finance and operations positions in healthcare (Athenahealth), financial services (Citigroup), and energy (William J. Clinton Foundation, Khanty Mansiysk Oil Corporation). He is a CFA charterholder and holds degrees from Columbia University (MBA/MIA) and Yale University (B.A).

Andrew Bunnell
Director of Legal & General Counsel
Andrew Bunnell joined ECA Solar in 2019 with a background in land use, zoning, and economic development. He advises ECA on a variety of legal matters, with a particular focus on real estate and permitting. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. He holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and a J.D. from New England Law.

Tiffany Grace
Director of Development Operations
Tiffany Grace has worked in renewable energy over eight years, including a variety of management roles overseeing project development, complex interconnection matters and developer operations. Her career includes time at Borrego Solar, NextGrid and Cypress Creek Renewables. Tiffany Grace holds a Bachelor Degree from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.

Sivasakthiram Ramasamy
PV Design Engineer
Siva Ramasamy joined ECA Solar as a PV Design Engineer. His main responsibilities include designing the layouts for PV systems, creating single line diagrams, permit sets, and construction sets. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering at Anna University from India and a M.S in Energy Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Jack Rowland
Development Manager
Jack Rowland joined ECA Solar as a Development Manager. He is responsible for driving new projects through the development phase in multiple states. Prior to joining ECA, he worked in the community solar industry for several years in the customer acquisition space. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Biology from Boston College.

Stephanie Eggers
Development Manager
Stephanie Eggers joined ECA Solar as a Development Associate. She supports the Development team in finding new opportunities and generating quality leads across multiple states. Prior to joining ECA, she worked in the Community Solar industry focusing on subscriber communications. She holds B.A.s in Environmental Policy and Economics and a M.A. in Energy and Environment from Boston University.

Vincent Moschella
Chief Development Officer
Vincent Moschella joined ECA Solar as our Vice President of Development in 2017. He started his career in solar with another MA-based developer in 2014. He has an extensive background in energy services and construction since 2011. Prior to joining ECA, he led the development effort for projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Massachusetts for ground-mounted community solar, rooftop solar, and ground-based wind developments. At ECA, his main responsibilities center around our turn-key project development services and property owner relations. He holds a degree from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst and holds a Construction Supervisor License with the State of MA.

Caleb Letourneau
Director of Engineering
Caleb Letourneau joined ECA as our Director of Engineering with over 7 years of industry experience developing and designing solar and energy storage projects in several markets across the United States. His key skills include site optimization, modeling and value engineering. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.

Xiaoxia Tang
Financial Manager
Xiaoxia (Lauren) Tang joined ECA Solar after working at another renewable energy company based in Massachusetts. Prior to that, she held different roles in corporate finance and investor relations. Earlier in her career, she worked in auditing at KPMG. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from South China Normal University and an MBA from Boston University.

Frank DuBose
Senior Interconnection Engineer
Frank DuBose joined ECA Solar as Senior Interconnection Engineer after working in interconnection for a different energy company. He is responsible for developing procedures and documenting utility requirements to ensure successful and efficient interconnection applications across the ECA portfolio. Prior to his career in renewables, Frank worked as a validation engineer in the consumer electronics industry. He has a B.A. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Psychology from Harvard University.

Martha Diezmann
Development Manager
Martha Diezemann supports the development team for ECA Solar with site procurement, permitting, and development in Pennsylvania. Her background in GIS and sales gives her attention to detail when identifying project sites and maintaining new and existing relationships. Prior to this, she assisted with permitting wind energy and managing water resources in Massachusetts. She holds B.A.s in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of Delaware.

Joe Lomuscio
Development Associate
Joe Lomuscio joined ECA Solar as a Development Associate. He supports the Development team in identifying new opportunities and managing the development phase of projects across multiple states. He previously worked as an intern at ECA and most recently spent time working for a national commercial real estate developer. He holds a B.A in Economics from Brown University and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
