I could not be more proud of our team of professionals at ECA SOLAR. Its a time of year for me to pause and soak it in. I feel grateful for such a special group, who are all friends and remarkably dedicated to our mission of being a best in breed developer platform. Working with utilities can be challenging but this team provides us with a competitive advantage. Throughout the year we ask our employees to think big and accomplish a lot of goals (what we call "boulders" internally). We also like to spend a lot of time together, from meals, travel, and outings to enjoy the ride along the way. Thanks to their tireless efforts, ECA is well poised for success and scale, with a diverse portfolio of DG assets, no debt and no outside investors.
